Though not the biggest electric tweezer scam, this was certainly one of the most brazen and most prolific on the web.
2001 update: In April 2001, GHR “inventor” Judith Stephens became a little less prolific. Her business associate “Katherine Cook” removed several GHR promotional sites residing on wow-me.com and webspinner.net.
2002 update: In January 2002, most GHR sites went offline, except promotional material remaining on Kitty’s Consumer Beware.
